Can I have more than the amount of people it says online?
Rage Room - 4 Players Max

Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself, an acceptable form of ID and a great attitude! If you are doing our Art Launch, make sure you are wearing clothes that you don't mind getting painted!
Can I donate things to Smash Space?
At certain times of the year, and under the right circumstances, we can accept certain donations, but do not collect. Feel free to contact us to see if we can make it work.
Do you have lockers available on site?
Yes - we have lockers that can be used at the customer's own risk.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We can accept walk-ins, however, we highly advise that you pre-book through the website.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings cannot be cancelled and are non refundable.
For single session bookings, if you provide more than 24 hours notice prior to your booked time slot you can reschedule your booking for a period of 3 months from the date of your original booked slot. For multiple session bookings we require 7 calendar days notice to reschedule.

Where the original booking was made using a gift card or eVoucher the rebooked session must take place prior to the original expiry date of the voucher.
How long is each session?
Rage Room - 15 Minutes
Smash Alley - 15 Minutes
Art Launch - 30 Minutes
Escape Room - 60 Minutes

Always remember to arrive 10 minutes before your booked time.
Do I have to wear anything in particular?
Yes. You cannot wear high heels or open-toed shoes in the Rage Room. You will be provided with protective equipment for both the Rage Room and the Smash Alley and these must be worn at all times during the experience. Removing any safety equipment will result in the immediate termination of your game.
For the Art Launch we highly advise you wear clothes that you are happy to get paint on. Gloves, shoe covers, basic coveralls and safety goggles are provided and must be worn.
Can I bring my own items to smash?
Under the right circumstances we can accept certain items. You will need to sign a waiver to confirm you have permission to smash the items and some items are
prohibited - please contact us in advice if you'd like to bring your own smashables and we will be happy to advise further.
Is there wheelchair access?
Due to the nature of the building and the activities taking place on site, unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access.

Escape Rooms
We recommend ages 11+ if playing unaccompanied or 8+ if playing alongside adults, albeit we don’t operate a strict age policy.
Can I take part if I'm pregnant?
You cannot take part in the Rage Room or Smash Alley if you are pregnant. There is no reason why you can not take part in the Escape Room or Art Launch if you are pregnant, though we would recommend you be mindful of your own limitations in order to keep yourself safe.
Do you take bigger group bookings?
Yes - for all of our activities we can create a schedule to let more participants have a go for a birthday or group party. Please check out our Groups & Parties page for more information or get in touch.
Do we get to take home the canvas from the Art Launch?
Yes - you get one A3 canvas included in the price, however, you can purchase more at Reception if you would like to.
You can collect your canvas in branch 48 hours after your visit and anytime up to 3 months later.
Where can I park?
We do not have a private car park on site; however, our customers use the on-street parking at the front of the building or Times Square Car Park which is only a few minutes walk away. Most customers come via public transport or walk as we are situated so close to the City Centre.

When booking or creating an account, you have the option to opt-in for marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from these by clicking unsubscribe on the bottom of any emails or informing us at info@smashspace.co.uk. Any and all personal information is stored securely on encrypted devices and through encrypted servers.
